In-Package Voltage Regulators chiplet
Our In-Package Voltage Regulator (IPVR) chiplet integrates seamlessly within your SoC package to provide efficient, scalable power delivery. With regulation close to the SoC and fast bandwidth that improves transient response, it allows SoC to reduce voltage guardbands and deliver superior performance-per-Watt for next-generation computing. Additionally, by lowering the input current drawn into the SoC package, the IPVR minimizes I²R losses across package and board traces, improving overall system efficiency by more than 20%
Designed to meet the rising power demands of AI workloads, our modular and scalable IPVR chiplet solution will have adaptive operating modes for superior efficiency across diverse workloads and power states. Multiple chiplets can be combined to support a large current voltage domain in GPUs enabling a scalable solution for 5 kW systems and beyond.
Our IPVR saves valuable board area by integrating traditionally bulky discrete components like inductors and capacitors into the chiplet/package, enabling much denser GPU racks.
